While sharing meals and conversations with local leaders, a profound need for connection and community for leaders within our area became crystal clear. It was like a lightbulb moment – I knew I wanted to create a space for genuine connection, self-care, and collaborative problem-solving.

Imagine quarterly gatherings – dinners, retreats, workshops, or even a fun photoshoot at Green Lakes for fresh headshots. It's a chance to truly connect, and together, we can shape it into a supportive haven.

Come as you are – yoga pants or business suits, it doesn't matter! I envision this space as a source of inspiration and encouragement for you—with peer support, self-care and rejuvenation time, professional growth, and opportunities for sharing.

🌿FIRST EVENT will be a one-day local CNY retreat in September for leaders to come together in community, refill our own wells and creative spirit, and inspire each other with sharing, connection, and open discussion.
