With more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience, I bring a deeply human perspective to organizational transformation.
As a suicide loss survivor, I don’t teach resilience from theory alone. I lead from lived experience, bringing a grounded presence into spaces where grief, trauma, relational breakdown, and unspoken workplace pain are often left unaddressed.
